It will not be possible to access MICO by car/taxi/Limousine.

SECURITY
In order to make the event safe for all parties, not all items or substances are allowed into the event. Please note that security checks are carried out upon arrival.
Items that could be used as weapons (e.g. scissors, knives, files, umbrellas with metal tips) of any size are not allowed and will be confiscated as well as objects with clearly provocative messages/intent or political or religious references. It is prohibited to carry any type of fire-arm or knife, pepper spray, explosives and ammunition.
European law in force since 2006 limits but does not prohibit liquids: perfumes, creams, shaving foam, cosmetics, toothpaste, etc. that should have a maximum capacity of 100 milliliters. All other types of glass bottles (e.g. wine, champagne, etc.) can be deposited in lockable boxes positioned in the entrance area, near the metal detector accesses and collected at the exit.

SERVICES ONSITE
Nursery
A space dedicated to children will be available at the venue during the days of Congress at South Wing, Level +2. Please note that the nursery is unmanned and free of charge, children should be accompanied by parents/caregivers although a professional English speaking nanny will be there at your disposal.
Prayer Room
A prayer room is available during the days of the Congress at the South Wing, Level +1.
ATM
Inside the venue you will find two ATM stations, on Level +1 of the South Wing on Level +1 of the North
Wing.

The welcome reception will be held on the Level +2 of the South Wing.
PUBLIC DAY
Please note: access is regulated based on the influx of participants and seats will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We invite you to show up early to guarantee your entry. Once the maximum number of attendees allowed has been reached, it will no longer be possible to access the room.
During the entire Public Day registered attendees can visit the Exhibition Hall.

The official language of the IAC 2024 is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be available.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or because of the Congress. Therefore, please check the validity of your own insurance.
INSURANCE
Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Registration Desks located at South Wing Level +1 of the congress venue: an ambulance is located just outside the MICO Convention Centre.

What To Do If You Witness or are subjected to Unacceptable Behaviour: Any improper or unwelcome conduct that might reasonably be expected or is reasonably perceived to cause offence or humiliation to another person is prohibited at IAF events or activities. If any participant in IAF activities or events would like to report on experiencing or noticing an alleged violation of the “IAF Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct”, a written report on the alleged violation shall be sent to the IAF Ethics Board at anti-
